Spotify Accounts for Routenote Artists
I was wondering if when artists off of Routenote post music to Spotify do they give us artists accounts? Like to create playlists and update our artist pictures on our artist page. If they do give it to us where can we access it? I went to the Spotify artists page and it said nowhere how artists get Spotify accounts. I tried to contact them they put me in loops. Help Please?

You need to verify your artist page to allow you access to the account. You need 250+ followers to do that.

To get verified on Spotify you need at least 250 Spotify followers. Once you have reached that number you can head here and fill out the form - http://www.spotifyartists.com/verification/

Everything went well with my Routenote to iTunes path, but on Spotify it put my album under an artist with a similar name (theirs simply has a "the" in front of it).  My band has been around much longer, so I would like this fixed to avoid confusion.  I contacted Spotify already, but I didn't know if I needed to contact you as well.

If spotify doesn't fix your Band Name then I would recommend contacting support@routenote.com and explaining the problem to them. They should be able to help you.
